       Nick entered the insurance industry in 2016, launching his own retail agency without any prior experience. Through determination and an innovative approach, he quickly built a successful partnership model - collaborating with Captive Agents to secure coverage for clients whose needs extended beyond their carriers’ offerings. This experience provided Nick with a deep understanding of agency operations and the complexities of the surplus lines market.

       In 2019, recognizing significant gaps in the premium financing space, Nick sold his agency to launch a new venture focused on intuitive software and exceptional customer service. After weathering the early startup phase and the challenges of a global pandemic, he reached a pivotal point: with all initial capital deployed, scaling required a new strategy. He partnered with a larger, family-owned finance company, gaining access to the resources needed for sustainable growth without additional fundraising.

       A few years later, as that company was acquired by a larger corporation, Nick was introduced to Premium Finance Brokerage (PFB) and the brokerage model - an ideal match for his vision. Today at PFB, he draws on premier financing relationships to provide customized solutions for agencies of all sizes, staying true to his core mission: delivering unmatched service, flexibility, and creative financing options.

       Nick lives in Walnut Creek, California, with his wife of 12 years and their 9-year-old daughter. He enjoys cheering on his daughter at gymnastics competitions and escaping to Sonoma with his wife. When he’s not with family, you’ll likely find him out on the golf course enjoying the fresh air and sunshine.
